Krav Maga is a modern and dynamic self-defense method originally developed for the Israeli military. It combines techniques from various martial arts, such as boxing, jiu-jitsu, and Muay Thai, to provide effective and practical solutions to real-world threat situations.

The training focuses on quick and decisive reactions to fend off attacks and protect oneself. Krav Maga is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and promotes not only physical strength but also mental resilience and self-confidence.

Who is the IKMF?

The International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) is the world's largest and most prestigious Krav Maga federation. Founded by Imi Lichtenfeld, the original developer of Krav Maga, the IKMF represents the original Krav Maga as conceived by its inventor.

The IKMF was founded to spread Krav Maga worldwide and to preserve the original principles and techniques, while also developing them further in light of current threats. Today, the IKMF is active in over 80 countries and offers training for civilians, military, and police units. The organization is known for its high quality and the close-knit community among its members.
